Treatment Process
Initial Consultation
An initial consultation is the first step in your hair transplant journey.
During this meeting, our specialists assess the condition of your hair loss, discuss your expectations, and determine the most suitable personalised treatment plan.
What happens during the consultation?
Hair analysis: We examine your hair density, donor area, and overall condition of your scalp.
Medical history: We review your medical background to ensure a safe and effective procedure.
Personalised plan: Based on your goals and hair type, we advise you on the most appropriate transplantation method.
Question & answer session: You are welcome to ask any questions you may have about the procedure, recovery, and expected results.

Preparation
During a consultation, your wishes and possibilities will be discussed.
The medical questionnaire will be reviewed.
The purpose of the entire consultation is to inform you as clearly and thoroughly as possible.
Surgery Day
Final consultation - Before the procedure begins, our specialists will go over your treatment plan and address any last-minute questions.
Preparation - Your scalp will be cleansed and local anaesthesia will be applied to ensure a painless procedure.
Extraction phase - Healthy hair follicles will be carefully extracted from the donor area.
Implantation phase - The harvested follicles will be meticulously implanted into the recipient area following your natural hairline.
Breaks and comfort - Short breaks will be given during the procedure, and our team ensures your comfort at all times.
Post-procedure guidance - After the procedure, you will receive detailed instructions regarding aftercare and recovery.

Aftercare
Sleeping position: Sleep with your head elevated (at a 45-degree angle) during the first few nights to reduce swelling.
Avoid touching the scalp: Do not scratch, rub or pick at the transplanted area to avoid damage.
Gentle washing: Follow the clinic’s instructions on how and when to wash your hair using a mild shampoo.
No intense physical activity: Avoid heavy exercise, lifting, and activities that cause sweating for at least 10–14 days.
Stay away from sun and heat: Protect your scalp from direct sunlight and excessive heat during the first few weeks.
No alcohol or smoking: Avoid alcohol and smoking for at least one week, as they may delay the healing process.
Results
First few weeks: You may experience redness, scabbing, and slight swelling. The transplanted hairs may shed (shock loss), which is a normal part of the process.
1–3 months: New follicles enter the resting phase with minimal visible growth. Some shedding may still occur.
3–6 months: The first new hairs begin to appear, although they may initially be thin and soft.
6–12 months: Hair becomes thicker, stronger, and more noticeable. Density significantly improves.
12–18 months: Final results become fully visible, with natural growth, enhanced density, and a restored hairline.
